Queenstown, New Zealand is a fantastic holiday spot! It has beautiful scenery, plenty of activities for all kinds of travellers (but especially those who don’t mind an adrenaline rush or two), top-notch restaurants serving all kinds of cuisine and a variety of accommodation options from camping and absolute luxury to suit just about everyone.
I first went to Queenstown as part of a Contiki tour that travelled around NZ in 2010. I loved it so much I vowed to come back and spend longer there at some point in the future. In February of 2018, I finally made it back for a week with my husband and one of our closest friends in tow. Both of them let me take the reigns and plan a big week of experiencing all Queenstown had to offer (thanks for the trust fam). We had an absolute blast - this is what we got up to!
Just like that, our wonderful week in Queenstown was over. We packed our bags and checked out of the hotel and waited for our trusty airport shuttle transfer to come and pick us up.
As we jetted back into Brisbane, I was already thinking about what our next wonderful adventure could be!
